Tiger Shroff’s mother Ayesha Shroff filed a complaint of Rs.58.53 lakh fraud by former MMA

Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff has reportedly fallen victim to financial fraud. According to the Mumbai police officials, Ayesha Shroff has been allegedly duped of Rs. 58.53 lakhs by a kickboxer whom she had appointed as a staffer in her son’s firm MMA Matrix. As per a report by the PTI, the complaint filed by Tiger Shroff’s mother Ayesha Shroff at Santacruz police station states that the kickboxing association fighter, identified as Alan Fernandes.

Ayesha Shroff is a 63-year-old former model and actor. She is known for her film ‘Teri Baahol Mein’ opposite Monish Bahl. She also produced Govinda-starrer  ‘Jis Desh Mein Ganga Rehta Hain’ in 2000. Ayesha recently posted a video of Tiger singing King and Nick Jonas’ collab ‘Maa Meri Jaan( Afterlife) on her Instagram account. She captioned it as, “My beautiful, kind, loving child. May the whole world see your light?

The company gives training in mixed martial arts and its administration is handled by Ayesha Shroff, he said. Fernandes was appointed director of the MMA Matrix firm in 2018. He is accused of collecting money to organize 11 tournaments in India and abroad through the firm and depositing Rs 58.53 lakh in his personal account,” the official said quoting the FIR.

Following the incident, Ayesha Shroff lodged a complaint on May 3, prompting the police to take action. Fernandes has been booked under Indian Penal Code sections 420, 408, 465, 467 and 468. Meanwhile, further details on the case are awaited.

Fernandes also claimed that not only had he filed a civil suit about the situation in the Bombay high court, but also filed a police complaint against Ayesha and Tiger Shroff’s. However, this claim could not be independently verified.
