Sukhdool Singh: India’s most-wanted gangster and Khalistan supporter Sukhdool Singh, who had fled to Canada from Punjab in 2017, was killed by unknown assailants in Canada’s Winnipeg. According to available information, Sukhdool Singh has several criminal cases registered against him.

Sukhdool alias Sukha Duneke, a gangster of the Davinder Bambiha gang, was from Punjab’s Moga. Singh managed to escape Punjab with the help of two police officials, who were later arrested by Moga police. Reports suggest that he was killed in Canada’s Winnipeg in an inter-gang rivalry.

Sukhdool Singh, alias Duneke, was part of Khalistan movement in Canada.

Duneke, an associate of the Devinder Bambiha Gang in Punjab, escaped to Canada in 2017 on forged documents.

On Wednesday, his name figured among the list of 43 gangsters released by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) which sought information about his illegal properties.

Who Was Sukdhool Singh?

Sukdhool Singh was a Khalistan supporter who went to Canada in 2017 on a forged passport.

He had been aiding, funding and strengthening the Devinder Bambiha gang in Punjab, Haryana, Delhi and Rajasthan.

Sukdhool was also inclined towards the pro-Khalistan outfits and was making calls for extortions and indulging in ‘supari’ killings.

Sukdhool Orchestrated Crimes In Punjab

Sukdhool was orchestrating crimes in Punjab and nearby states through his associates and he was on the most wanted list of criminals in the state.

Sukdhool on March 14 last year conspired to kill kabaddi player Sandeep Singh Nangal with the help of his associates during a match at Mallian village in Jalandhar.

Nearly 20 criminal cases of murder and other heinous crimes were registered against him in Punjab and other states.
