The Supreme Court has put a stay on the order of the Allahabad High Court to conduct a survey of the Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi Shahi Idgah complex of Mathura. The Supreme Court took this decision during the hearing on the petition of the Muslim side on Tuesday.

The court has also raised questions on the vague application filed in the high court by the Hindu side. the court told the Hindu side that a vague application cannot be for the appointment of a survey commissioner. Its purpose should be clear.

Janmabhoomi

The Supreme Court has sought a response from the Hindu organization, Lord Krishna Virajman, and others on the petition of the Muslim side. The next hearing on this case will be on January 23. Along with this, the Supreme Court said that except for the survey case, hearing on all other cases related to Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi shahi Eidgah will continue in Allahabad High Court.

Earlier, on December 14, the Allahabad High Court while accepting the petition of the Hindu side, had ordered the appointment of a court commissioner to conduct a survey of the premises. Janmabhoomi The high court had rejected the argument of the Muslim side, the Waqf Board, which had claimed that the petition was not maintainable.

This decision was given by the single bench of high court Justice Mayank Kumar Jain. there is a dispute over 13.37 acres of land of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Shahi Idgah.
