The accused has been identified as Abdul Kalam (Bangladeshi citizen), who was living by calling himself Neha. Police investigation has revealed that he came to India about 25 years ago and obtained an Indian identity by making fake documents. Based on intelligence information, Abdul Kalam alias Neha was arrested a few days ago. At present, he has been kept under tight security in the Talaiya police station, and his activities in the past years are being investigated.
