ISRO congratulates Japan airspace exploitation agency on September 7th for successfully launch of the Smart Lander for investigating moon (SLIM).
ISRO conveyed its best wishes to JAXA for this lunar mission and expressed its supporting for global space community endeavor the Bengaluru headquarter National Space Agency posted on social media platform ‘X’ (formerly twitter),”Best wishes for another successfully Lunar endeavor by global space community.
Japan launched its H-IIA rocket on September 7th carrying the JAXA Moon Lander which is scheduled to land on the moon nearly next year the launch took place after a series of postponement due to unfavorable weather condition last month reported.
H-IIA rocket successfully lifted off from the launchpad at the Tanegashima Space Center in Kagoshima, Southern Japan the rocket carried on X Ray Telescope called the X Ray amazing and spectroscopic mission which will study the origin to the universe the composition and speed of intergalactic space.
The space mission was conducted in collaboration with NASA and it will involve studying light at various wavelength, temperature, assessments and the shape and brightness of object, Ap reported.
Japan had previously experienced two unsuccessful attempts to the land on the moon the first resulted in a loss of contact with the lander carried by NASA Rocket and the second an attempt by Japanese start-up ended in a crash during the Lunar decent in April.
