The Kerala vs the Guardians of the Galaxy vol.3

The Kerala Story has performed better than Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3 in India, as per reports. The Kerala Story, directed by Sudipto Sen and starring Adah Sharma in the lead, was released alongside James Gunn’s final ride in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and has allegedly outperformed the Marvel Studios’ movie.According to early estimates, the movie has edged out Marvel’s latest film Guardians Of The Galaxy 3 with its opening day collection.

As per the reports, both The Kerala Story and Guardians Of The Galaxy 3 are going neck-to-neck in terms of their collection on day 1. Meanwhile, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3 is expected to bring in Rs 7 crores in India. Last of the three-part franchise.The film was expected to earn high on its opening weekend and suggested it might surpass Guardians of the Galaxy 2. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3 is the last instalment of the three-part saga, and it has done well overseas. According to Deadline, the picture is predicted to gross $110 million in its first weekend in the United States.

As for The Kerala Story , reports have it that the movie is likely to witnes an increase in footfall on day 2 by a 60 to 70% and that is a quite huge .The Adah Sharma starrer has managed to become the 5th highest opener of 2023.
