When asked if Dhoni could act as a leading man in a film, she said, “If there’s something good, he might do it. He is not camera-shy. He has been acting in advertisements since 2006, and he is not afraid of facing the camera. So, might do it if there’s something good.”

When asked about the genre, Sakshi immediately replied, “Action. He is always in action.” Meanwhile, LGM director Ramesh Thamilmani said, “He is a real-life superhero, and I would like to see him in a superhero film.

Sakshi Dhoni said that the reason for making a film in Tamil was Dhoni’s emotional connection with the state. Earlier, during the trailer launch of LGM, he had said Tamil Nadu has adopted him as its own. On top of that, it is also a strategic move to start with a small-budget venture. She shared, “We were clear that we will start with something small first. That’s the way to go. Like a child would not start walking immediately.
