Producer Sajid Nadiadwala receives requests from Japan to get Bawaal dubbed


The trailer of Nitesh Tiwari’s movie Bawaal sparked curiosity among viewers, as they were unsure how the concept of World War II would fit into the film’s love story. Now, reports indicate that the film’s producer, Sajid Nadiadwala, has received requests from Japan to dubbed the film in Japanese due to its historical relevance.Bawaal features Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor as the lead actors, portraying a small-town guy who marries Janhvi Kapoor, despite having nothing in common. The trailer shows them on a trip to Europe where they visit places like Paris that were central to World War II. The characters reference the historical event throughout the trailer, referring to a “world war within.”

According to sources, producer Sajid Nadiadwala has received a special request from Japan to dub Bawaal in the local language due to its connection to World War II, which has the potential to resonate with the Japanese audience. The production team’s spokesperson has confirmed the reports, but no further details have been disclosed. During the film’s trailer launch a few weeks ago, Nitesh Tiwari clarified that the film only selected specific events and themes from World War II that would impact the characters’ journeys. He also noted that Hitler’s inclusion in the film was necessary due to his role in the historical event.
