Oxygen Tank Leaked At Hospital In Nashik Maharastra



While the country is facing a severe condition of the pandemic , a painful incident took place in Nashik , Maharashtra .It is confirmed that 22 patient died who were on life support are reported to have lost their lives in Nashik’s Dr. Zakir Hussain Hospital owing to acute shortage of oxygen following massive leakage of the gas from an oxygen tanker. Some sources has said that the mishap occurred sometime around noon. massive leakage from an oxygen supply for at least half-an-hour , which allegedly resulted in the deaths of several patients who were on ventilator support . A fire bridge team was rushed to the spot of the mishap which contain the task . The incident of Oxygen tank leaked at hospital in Nashik is a very painful moment for the entire pandemic .
The district collector of Nashik District Collector Suraj Mandhare has said that oxygen was present in the tanker at the time of the incident take place . “The tanker is from the private vendor . “My deepest condolences to the kin of the deceased, ” Mr . Mandhare said . The Health Minister of Maharastra Mr. Rajesh Tope has promised to everyone the government will look into the complete matter and conduct a thorough probe .
Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray’s official has said that 5 lakh rupees compensation will be given to the families of the death patient . Prime Minister Narendra Modi has tweeted his condolences to the families of the victims . The visuals from the hospital shows gas rapidly leaking from the tanker . The area can be seen covered in the white fumes . BJP leader Devendra Fadnavis has said , ” I demand other patients should be helped and shifted if needed . We demand a detailed inquiry” . ” This is an very unfortunate incident that has taken place”. I spoke to the Nashik municipal commissioner who has informed me that the situation is under control now ” . Chhagan Bhujal has already gone there .Union Minister Amit Shah extended his condolences to the family of the deceased and tweeted: “I am distressed to hear the news of oxygen leak at a hospital in Nashik .
