Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan name is currently in the news due to his ancestral property, worth Rs 15,000 crore, in Bhopal. The case has taken a new turn after the Madhya Pradesh High Court decided to rehear the case, which may increase Saif’s troubles.

Difficulties increased due to the decision of the High Court
Saif Ali Khan great-grandfather was Hamidullah Khan, the last Nawab of Bhopal. It was from him that Saif and his family inherited this property worth 15 thousand crores, which is now in danger of slipping out of their hands. The reason for this is the decision of the Madhya Pradesh High Court, in which the decision of the trial court of Bhopal in the year 2000 has been rejected, under which it was said that the real owners of this Nawabi property of Bhopal are Saif Ali Khan, his mother Sharmila Tagore and sister Soha Ali Khan.
The High Court has ordered a rehearing on the entire matter, and a deadline of one year has been set for bringing a result on it. Other heirs of Nawab Hamidullah Khan had filed a petition in the court regarding this property matter. They believed that the entire dispute should be heard based on the Muslim Personal Law Act 1937. In 1999, a petition was filed on their behalf in the lower court of Bhopal regarding the property worth Rs 15000 crore.
