Shocking news has come from West Bengal. A case of gang rape of a student of Kolkata Law College has come to light. According to the information, the student was gang raped in the college on the night of 25 June. Three accused have been arrested in this gang rape case.
It is being said that one of the accused is a former student of the Kolkata Law College, and two are current students. It is being said that this incident happened between 7.30 pm and 11 pm on June 25. The police arrested all three accused in this case and presented them in the Alipur court. The police demanded 14 14-day remand from the court; however, the court has approved police remand till 2 July. According to the victim’s complaint, the main accused in this case is Manojit Mishra, who is a former student of the college. Apart from him, two other co-accused are Zaib Ahmed and Pramit Mukherjee.
According to a report, the victim told the police in her complaint that the three agreed to have sex with her. “I refused and did not let them do anything, and pushed them back. I cried and asked the three to let me go. I said that I am in a relationship and love my boyfriend, but they did not agree,” the victim said.
The victim said that I had a panic attack and was having trouble breathing because they were not listening to me. I asked them to take me to the hospital, but they were not helping me. They closed the main gate of the college. The guard was helpless and did not help me. They took me to the room.
