Bhopal Police arrested gangster Zuber Maulana along with his three accomplices. Zuber was absconding for six months and was hiding his identity. Weapons were recovered from the accused. Several cases of firing and vandalism are registered against Zuber. Police took him around the area in a procession in an injured condition.
Bhopal Police has arrested Bhopal’s gangster Zuber Maulana along with his three henchmen in the case of firing and causing vandalism. Zuber was absconding in Bhopal for the last six months in disguise. Earlier the accused used to keep long hair, but to hide his identity he got his beard and hair cut. Police have arrested him and sent him to jail. Police took the accused to the same street and took out a procession, in which he had created a ruckus by firing indiscriminately. To nab the accused, a joint team of Tila Jamalpura, Hanumanganj, and the Crime Branch took action.
The police have also arrested the accused of firing and absconding criminals Mohammad Shakeel alias Shanni Malik, Faisal Khan alias JJ, and Zaheer Khan. Shanni Malik is the nephew of Bhopal’s notorious criminal Mukhtar Malik.
ADCP Crime Branch Shailendra Singh Chauhan said that gangster Zubair Maulana was absconding in a farmhouse located in the Parwalia police station area. Along with Bhopal police, Begamganj police of Raisen district are also looking for him. When the police team reached to capture Zubair Maulana by cordoning off the farmhouse, the accused ran away from there. In this process, his leg got fractured. Police made Zubair walk in a procession with plaster tied on his leg and took away his arrogance.
