MP Weather: Cold knocks! Falling mercury increased the cold, mercury reached below 13 degrees

MP Weather Update: With the departure of monsoon in Madhya Pradesh, the cold has started knocking. Cold winds have added coolness to the weather. At many places in Madhya Pradesh, the mercury has fallen below 15 degrees Celsius, due to which winter is starting to be felt. The night temperature in Raisen reached 13 degrees Celsius.

Cold will intensify in November

The MP weather has changed in Madhya Pradesh. Pink winter has started. This time in the month of October, the mercury has reached close to 12 degrees Celsius at many places. The temperature is falling due to northern winds. According to weather experts’ estimates, there will be a further drop in temperature in the first week of November and winter will intensify. During the last 24 hours, the maximum temperature recorded in Damoh was 34 degrees Celsius. Whereas the minimum temperature of 13.1 degrees Celsius was recorded in Malanjgarh.

Slight cold has knocked on the doors of Madhya Pradesh with the night temperature falling below 20 degrees in all the cities of the state. Hill station Pachmarhi is the coldest with the night temperature reaching 11 degrees. Betul, Raisen, Rajgarh, Chhindwara, Mandla, Rewa, Umaria, and Malanjkhand also recorded low temperatures.

Meteorologist Ashfaq Hussain said that the night temperature has dropped due to a change in wind direction. This phase of cold will continue till October.

Day temperature is around 30 degrees

On Tuesday, the day temperature in most cities was between 30 to 32 degrees. The mercury was recorded at 31.9 degrees in Bhopal, 31.6 degrees in Indore, 32.3 degrees in Gwalior, 30.2 degrees in Jabalpur and 33 degrees in Ujjain.
